Who actually replies to this?
Matthew Schuller. There is no inbox team, no account manager, and no ticket queue. The person who reads your message is the person who would do the work.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day, usually sooner. If something is urgent, call rather than email.
Do I need to know what I want before getting in touch?
No. Most first conversations start with a business owner describing what is frustrating them rather than specifying a solution. Working out what would actually help is part of the job.
What if my project is too small?
Landing pages start at $500 and single-page work is genuinely welcome. If what you need would be a waste of money, I will say so rather than sell you something.
Do you work with businesses outside Long Island?
Yes. Most clients are on Long Island, and current work includes clients in California and elsewhere. Everything can be handled by phone, email, and video.
